English Afternoon Tea at Carcosa Seri Negara

Couple months ago we decided to try English afternoon tea at Carcosa Seri Negara. We'd been planning to go for a long time but finally made it happened. I am impressed with the place as it is beautifully kept although the service was a bit slow. We sat at the veranda sipping Moroccan mint tea with scones, cakes, sweets and so on.
