Raya Again!

Last year Raya we decided to visit my colleague's kampung (village) at Muar, Johor. It was a last minute decision that we decided to drive there despite of the heavy traffic jam. It was a fun day trip. The experience gained from celebrating Raya in kampung is totally different. It felt more real & very traditional :-) .Plus the foods were of course delicious!

 When we arrived, the dining table was filled up with foods from beef rendang to ketupat, chicken curry, cookies, cakes, sambal & so forth. The best part is the homemade cendol! We are definitely looking forward to drive there again this year :-)
