Here something that i really enjoy doing every Sunday. Grilled chicken fillet! It is so easy to prepare and tastes good too.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillets or breasts
- Sweet basil
- Ground pepper
- Olive oil
- Salt
Marinate chicken fillets or chicken breasts in finely chopped fresh sweet basil, ground pepper and olive oil for few hours and then grilled in a microwave for 30 minutes. Lastly, garnish with shredded cheddar cheese. The grilled vegetables is a good idea for side dish besides they are healthy :-) .
can it be done in electric oven too Syl?
