
This was made from our leftover grilled chicken.
Ingredients:
- Minced chicken
- Chopped carrots
- Chopped bell pepper
- Chopped red onion
- Cheddar cheese
- Wheat bread
- Eggs
- Salts
- Butter
Mince altogether, chicken, carrots, bell pepper, red onion and cheddar cheese. Combine the mixture with 2 beaten eggs and a pinch of salt. Then coat wheat bread with the mixture and fry with butter. So simple and tasty.
