Chickpea Soup with Carrots, Leek & Chicken Ham

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of chickpeas
  • Chopped carrots
  • chopped leeks
  • Chicken ham
  • Chopped onion
  • Butter
  • Water
Melt butter in medium size pot and brown chopped onion, chicken ham, chopped leek and carrot. Add water and simmer for 1 hour. Blend in your blender for final result. Serve hot.
