Basil Parsley Minced Chicken and Lettuce Cup

Using lettuce as a substitute for a tortilla, plate, or chip has become very trendy due to its obvious health benefits and the interesting idea of deconstructing the salad. There is also an air of extreme sophistication when lettuce cups are involved. You'll love it. My recipe is very simple, ingredients are;
  • Sweet basil
  • Fresh parsley
  • Flax seed
  • Chopped onion
  • Minced chicken
Fried all the ingredients together until brown and cooked.

Ingredient for lemon rice:
  • 1 cup of cooked rice
  • Tomato puree
  • Chopped tomato
  • Fresh Lemon
  • Salts & pepper
Mix all the ingredient in sauce pan for 5-10 minutes and remove from the heat. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice.

To serve:
Served hot or cold in lettuce cup and garnish with cheddar cheese.
