Baked Chicken with Beef Wrapped Asparagus

Crispy bread crumb baked chicken with beef wrapped asparagus and refreshing cold cucumber.

Ingredients for Baked Chicken:
  • Chicken fillet
  • Bread crumb (mix with salt and pepper)
  • 2 eggs
  • Butter
Dip chicken fillet in beaten eggs and then flip on bread crumbs. Bake in preheated oven with butter until cooked and golden brown.

Ingredient for Wrapped Asparagus:
  • Beef bacon streak
  • Asparagus
  • Salt & pepper
Cook asparagus in boiling water for few minutes. Then wrap with beef bacon streak and bake or grill in preheated oven.

Ingredient for Cold Cucumber:
  • Seeded cucumber
  • Red bell pepper
  • Wine vinegar
  • Soy sauce
  • Sugar
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
Mix all the ingredients together and store in your fridge. Serve cold.
