Couple days ago, we decided to have Ramadan dinner together with friends and ex-colleagues at our place. Although I don't fast, I love to celebrate this occasion with fellow Muslim friends because this is the time of the year you can get really good foods at the Ramadan Bazaar. So we decided to go to Ramadan Bazaar at TTDI near Bandar Utama, Kuala Lumpur, which was recommended by my other ex-colleagues. According to him it is the best in town!
As we walked through the bazaar, we were astonished by the foods selection. Although the prices were slightly more expensive than other bazaars, some of the foods here are definitely must try. The honey chicken and the grilled fish are something you should try. The whole chicken costs around RM16.00 and the grilled fish around RM7.00. The popia was disappointing because we overestimated the long queue. It was below our expectation.
There are so much more that you should try at the bazaar. From murtabak, apam, grilled squids, all sorts of dessert and so forth. If you want to go to the bazaar, make sure you be there before 6pm otherwise it will be very crowded plus the traffic jam. Wishing all Muslims happy Ramadan! I cannot wait for Hari Raya! It means more good foods!!!
