Early this year we visited Malacca for a day trip & i must say that we had a good time there. It is a vibrant old city that believes its wealth of history. Visiting Malacca is a unique experience, its rich historical background earned it a World Heritage Site designation in July 2008. Jonker Street is a must to visit & we did not miss the foods too.
You must try the cendol & pineapple tarts. The ingredients are simply fresh & the pineapple tarts are freshly baked. For lunch, we went to Geographer Bar. We were impressed with the vegetarian menu, although not that I am a vegetarian but I must say their vegetarian curry ramen is to die for. My partner had tandoori chicken with naan and we also ordered fried calamari. As you can see, the foods were beautifully served and I assured you the taste was equally good.
