Red Bean & Chicken Ham Soup

Red bean is essentially good for you. It is high in fiber, low in calories and it helps to lower your cholesterol level and heart attack risk. It's also a good source of protein. While this is a very easy red bean recipe.
Ingredients:
  • Chopped onion
  • Chopped red bell pepper
  • Chopped chickin ham
  • Chopped carrots
  • Chopped tomato
  • Cooked red bean
  • Water
Butter
First, brown all the ingredients with butter. Add water and simmer for 1 hour or more at medium heat until red bean is tender. Lastly, blend the mixture with your blender and serve hot. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
