While this is a very easy red bean recipe.Ingredients:
- Chopped onion
- Chopped red bell pepper
- Chopped chickin ham
- Chopped carrots
- Chopped tomato
- Cooked red bean
- Water
First, brown all the ingredients with butter. Add water and simmer for 1 hour or more at medium heat until red bean is tender. Lastly, blend the mixture with your blender and serve hot. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese.
